1327 Douglas Street is still standing. It is on the historic Craft & Norris Block on the south east corner of Douglas Street and Johnson Street.
1319-1329 Douglas Street, built in 1889 as the Craft and Norris Block.

Pither & Leiser was one of B.C.’s largest wholesale liquor distributors. During the time Pither & Leiser was in business it operated from 533 Yates Street, 535 Yates Street and 1019 Wharf Street.
1019 Wharf Street, built in 1906 by architects Thomas Hooper and C. Elwood Watkins for Pither & Leiser, a liquor and wine wholesaler and importer.
