Victoria City Hall is located at the intersection of Douglas Street and Pandora Avenue.

The Victoria City Hall building was originally built in 1878 by architect John Teague. There were two significant additions, also designed by John Teague, in 1881 and 1890.

Victoria City Hall is listed on the Canadian Register of Historic Places.
